This product is made from felt. Each curtain tie back is 18” high. There is a loop on one arm and a button on the other to fasten around curtain or any other place you’d like to show them off. They are a lightly wadded product to give them body. Hats and scarfs are removable. Please be aware the colours of the elf will vary depending on the green in stock. At the moment the more emerald (primary) green is what I have. I will also need to know which direction you would like your buddy facing, if I do not have it ready to go in the direction needed, please allow time to be made. RETURN & REFUND POLICY
In accordance with your statutory rights under the distance selling regulations, we will accept items back even if you have opened the goods to inspect them. You are entitled to a refund as long as you inform us of your wish to return goods within 7 days* from the day of delivery. The goods must be in an 'as new' condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging, along with any accessories and free gifts received with it. The product must not have been used. Whilst the goods are in your possession you must take reasonable care of them and not use them.
*working days are all days other than Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. You need to return the goods or contact us within the 7 working day period
If you do wish to return any items please contact us by email at loveablesewandsew@gmail.com informing us of your wish to return the item(s).
We will then give you a full refund for the cost of the product excluding any shipping charges initially paid. However, you will be responsible for all costs of returning the item and need to ensure that they are adequately insured. We will inform you via messages when the items have been received.
Refunds will be in the same payment method used to purchase the items and in line with the distance selling regulations this will be no later than 30 days after receiving your request to return the items.
PLEASE NOTE; PERSONALISED ITEMS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RETURNS POLICY. However, should a personalised item be faulty, proof of fault will be needed and the return/refund of said item will be discussed.
