This is a 14x14" cushion with an embroidered front, a house is not a home without a dog. You can also have plural of dogs

It will have a zip closure with a hollow fibre polyester insert.
 
I can make this in any colour. We will need to message to discuss what colours you would like and what fabric you would like on the rear. 

Turn around for made to order items is 4 weeks, but can be as long as 8 at busy times like Christmas.

  • RETURN & REFUND POLICY

    In accordance with your statutory rights under the distance selling regulations, we will accept items back even if you have opened the goods to inspect them. You are entitled to a refund as long as you inform us of your wish to return goods within 7 days* from the day of delivery. The goods must be in an 'as new' condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging, along with any accessories and free gifts received with it. The product must not have been used. Whilst the goods are in your possession you must take reasonable care of them and not use them.

    *working days are all days other than Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. You need to return the goods or contact us within the 7 working day period

     

    If you do wish to return any items please contact us by email at loveablesewandsew@gmail.com informing us of your wish to return the item(s).

    We will then give you a full refund for the cost of the product excluding any shipping charges initially paid. However, you will be responsible for all costs of returning the item and need to ensure that they are adequately insured. We will inform you via messages when the items have been received.

    Refunds will be in the same payment method used to purchase the items and in line with the distance selling regulations this will be no later than 30 days after receiving your request to return the items.

     

    PLEASE NOTE; PERSONALISED ITEMS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RETURNS POLICY. However, should a personalised item be faulty, proof of fault will be needed and the return/refund of said item will be discussed.

    All items are sent via Royal Mail.

    In stock items are posted within 3-5 working days of purchase.

    Personalised or made to order items are shipped upon completion.
